About the Material
German 1.4116 stainless steel is very well-known in the knife industry for its durability and lasting performance. It’s balanced by chromium and carbon and offers good corrosion resistance, so it’s especially ideal for tools that are used in humid environments like kitchens.
Use & Care
Stainless steel, when exposed to salt, excess moisture, and acids become susceptible to rusting. After use, especially on acidic or salty food, throroughly clean it with dish detergent, and use a kitchen towel/cloth to dry it completely before storing.
